 I have always believed in healing through movement. As I grew up, through figure skating and ballet I found movement to be the outlet I needed to express everything I felt- and I have always felt everything so deeply.

Through yoga, I have learned so much about myself all while discovering the beauty and blessing of intuitive, mindful movement. I began my yoga teacher training journey with Erica Stanzione because I was interested in deepening my personal practice, with little thought about actually becoming a teacher. I had fallen in love with yoga and its many gifts and knew the more I learned, that I absolutely had to share this beautiful practice with the world. The more I practiced, the more tools I received to heal and better myself. The more I healed, the more I wanted to help others do the same.

My classes focus on strengthening and stretching the body as well as the mind to find, nurture and embrace the power we all have inside of us. I love that I have the ability to share my passion and love for yoga with each and every one of my students.

My philosophy is that movement is medicine and yoga meets us all exactly where we are - at the exact time we need it to. My intention is to be there for you. To support, to guide, and hold space for you. To connect, ground, and cultivate community through this shared love of movement.
